Gregory Services provides complete and impartial random test selections in satisfaction of Department of Transportation Regulations and applicable safety sensitive testing requirements.

We utilize sophisticated computer technology which assures random selections are impartial.

Process:

Donor names and unique identifying information is entered into the computer database.

• Selection pools are specific or consortium-based
• Selections are made in terms of drugs and/or alcohol screening
• Random selection documentation includes the following:
• Program Certification Notification signed by Administrator
• List of selectees specifying drugs and/or alcohol
• Pool composition at time of selections
• Unique random selection batch number
• Individualized selection notifications given to each selected person.

Following testing and reporting of results, test information is entered into the Gregory Services database for compliance management and print on demand functionality, in the event of an employer or agency inquiry.
